Spring is in the air and that means tryout season is upon us! Ohio Premier is excited to share that we have simplified our tryout process. This year, families interested in playing for OP have 2 different options.

| Option 1: Attend a Training Session – Registration Closed – May 1-19 Ohio Premier prides itself on the weekly training environment our coaches provide our players. We know that these training sessions create an environment where interested players can showcase their skills in a more relaxed setup. Our coaches can tailor the training session experience to each player—ensuring they are able to best demonstrate their unique skills and abilities within one of our already established teams. If your child is interested in joining OP’s 2023-2024 season we strongly encourage the Attend a Training Session option and here’s why:
Registration Now Closed After registering, our team will reach out to invite new players to a current team training session throughout the weeks of May 1st – May 19th. After attending a session, your child may be offered a spot on our 2023/2024 team. If so, you will be provided with next steps to register and pay a deposit prior to May 22nd to secure your child’s spot. | Option 2: Traditional Tryout – Registration Closed – Week of May 22 (birth year 2011/U13 and older) – Week of May 30 (birth year 2012/U12 and younger) During traditional tryouts, your child will be coached through unique drills and game scenarios that put their skills on display. These tryouts provide an opportunity to group potential OP players with existing OP players. This enables teams to better develop and excel together as a team in the upcoming season. It’s important to note that we strongly recommend your child attend a training session prior to traditional tryouts. However, this is not always possible due to scheduling conflicts and other circumstances. In this case, you can move forward and register for traditional tryouts. Please scroll down to review scheduled tryout dates and times. Registration Now Closed After registering and attending your specific tryout dates, all players will be notified of tryout results. Your timely response in accepting or declining your offer allows us to continue the process of communicating with all potential 2023-2024 players. |
