- All Friday night games are local matchups or for teams requesting a Friday night game

- 2014 - 2016 (U10 - U8) boys and girls: 7 v 7 playing format
- 2012 - 2013 (U12 - U11) boys and girls: 9 v 9 playing format
- 2009 - 2011 (U15 - U13) boys and girls: 11 v 11 playing format
- High School Fall teams (u19) boys and girls: 11 v 11 playing format
