Great Lakes Scrip Program
Ohio Premier offers the Scrip Fundraising program to all families to help offset player fees.
Parents will need to complete an online scrip order form via the SHOPWITHSCRIP website. The enrollment code for Ohio Premier is EBE7B8386988.
You will pay for your order on pick up with a check made payable to Ohio Premier. At this time we do not accept credit cards for scrip.

Credits can not be refunded or carried over from season to season so please plan accordingly. Also please note that 75% of earnings go into player account and 25% will to Ohio Premier for administration of the program. At this time, we do not accept credit cards to process orders for SCRIP.
Kroger Community Rewards Program
Reduce your Ohio Premier Player Fees by registering for Kroger Community Rewards
To participate in Kroger Community Rewards, you need to create an account and register your Kroger Plus Card at www.kroger.com. Kroger will make a quarterly donation to OP based on qualified purchases made with your Kroger Plus Card.
Reward points can be earned on almost all purchases. Main exclusions from program are: alcohol, tobacco, gasoline and Kroger Gift cards. See Kroger website for more details.
Redeeming Rewards
On a quarterly basis (end of August, November, February and May), Kroger will update your account with your donation amount. To find this information, log into your account, select My Points and Points Summary. You will need to take a screen capture of this statement. OP will not send out reminders or accept late statements.
- Kroger does not provide a list of donations by family. To receive credit for the donation, please send your Points Summary page, along with the player name and team to: oprewards@opsoccer.com (attn: Meghan Zink)

Kroger Website Instructions
For a participant to re-enroll their card they simply go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com - Click “sign-in”
- Put in their email address and password that they used to enroll their card.
- Click on participants name at the top right, scroll to the bottom for Community Rewards.
- Put in the group name: OHIO PREMIER SOCCER or account #FH733
- Choose the correct organization.
If it’s the first time they are registering, the member will need to set up their account first.For a member to enroll their card the simply go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com
- Click “create an account”
- Put in their email address and password. Confirm their password
- Enter plus card OR alt ID number
- Go to Community Rewards (near bottom)
- Follow through the steps. (Name, address, etc.)
- Put in the group name: OHIO PREMIER SOCCER
- Choose the correct organization.
- Click Enroll.
Benefit Mobile Rewards Program
Use this app to get rebates back on purchases you are already making at places like Chipotle, Starbucks, Staples, Home Depot, BW3’s, UBER, Whole Foods, NIKE, Panera, Southwest Airlines and many more – you will receive 75% of the rebate amount and it will be taken off your player fee’s prior to the March 15 installment.
